I contacted CXC to perform a seismic retrofit on our 1915 home. Will and his team were prompt and professional, and Will was a great resource for navigating the FEMA retrofit program. I highly recommend CXC if you are looking for structural concrete work.

Contracted them to do earthquake retrofit brace and bolt. They took care of everything. They were reasonably priced. They obtained all permits. They did excellent work and cleaned up afterwords. Will Crawford and his crew were professional and helpful throughout the process. Recommend to all and will definitely keep them on my emergency call list!

I am very pleased with my experience with CXC Contracting. Will came out and provided me with a reasonable quote to address my house settling issue. His crew was fast and friendly. They started the project ahead of schedule and finished quickly. Would recommend CXC Contracting to anyone having to deal with a dreaded house settling issue.

I recently had my house bolted by CXC contracting and I could not be happier with their work. Everyone was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. First on the initial inspection I really liked Ceslo. We was right on time and really took his time looking around the house. He then went under the house and went all around. He then showed me pictures and recommended work. He said the some post were added that were not to code. I had added a support where I put a stacked washer and dryer and said I think that was me. He said no, he saw that and flipped to a picture. I could not believe it, it told me a lot about his ability and knowledge. Their prices were in line with most but they were very detailed on the work. In the end I went with them and when they came they were all very nice and professional. I was worried about them getting a beam under the house. On that day they explained they might have to make a hole but they would patch. But they were very methodical and luckily got a beam under the house. I was curious how they could do that work and so on the second day I decided to crawl underneath and see. It was amazing, that were so organized and worked hard. I saw them cut post perfectly and bury concert footings. In the end they brought out the old stuff they replaced. I am sure most would just leave it behind. In the end the inspector even said their work was beautiful. They gave me a certification but the next month a new form was needed. I had delayed contacting my insurance agent and he told me he couldn’t accept the old form. I emailed them and they filled out the new one. In the end I highly recommend you definitely get a bid from them and see for yourself.
