Will Crawford, the founder of CXC Contracting, Inc, has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, and there’s not much he hasn’t done. From remodeling homes to lifting them off the ground to rebuild the foundation underneath, he’s built a career around solving tough structural problems the right way.

Will got his start in Oregon, joined the U.S. Army at 20, and supported the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon as a satellite communications specialist. After his service, he launched a successful satellite business, met his wife, bought a fixer-upper, and discovered his love for renovation.

That love turned into a business. Will and his wife rolled up their sleeves, renovated house after house, and built a reputation for quality from the ground up—literally. When they moved to Southern California in 2008, Will shifted his focus to what he believes is the most important part of any home: the foundation.
